Raipur. The IEEE Student Branch of Kalinga University, in collaboration with Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology (GCET), Hyderabad, and the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM), New Delhi, successfully hosted the 3rd International World Conference 2025 on Communication and Computing (WCONF 2025) from July 25–27, 2025, at Kalinga University, Naya Raipur. Sponsored by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), Government of India, and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Madhya Pradesh Section, the event spotlighted cutting-edge advancements and emerging themes in communication, computing, and engineering.
The conference aimed to foster innovation, academic collaboration, and the integration of intelligent systems through technology. It provided a global platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to share insights on evolving trends and technological strategies.
Dr. Vijayalakshmi Biradar, Director of IQAC, IEEE Student Branch Counselor, and General Chair of the conference, offered a detailed account of the event. She noted that WCONF 2025 attracted over 2300 research paper submissions worldwide, categorized into 29+ tracks, each featuring 8+ technical sessions. Following a rigorous peer-review process conducted by 400+ expert reviewers, 218 high-quality papers were selected for presentation. The conference was supported by 35+ Session Chairs and Session Coordinators, covering domains like AI, IoT, Cloud Computing, Communication, Blockchain, and Computational Intelligence.
